Having an intrinsic entrepreneurial spirit passed on from her mother, Pair wanted her own business. With a desire and love for baking, and creating fine desserts, Pair set out to make the dream a reality. In a highly competitive café and dessert market, extensive due diligence was undertaken to distinguish Cheevit Cheeva from other businesses. Traveling around Thailand and Southeast Asia, it was a visit to South Korea where Cheevit Cheeva was inspired. Having the local and traditional “Bingsu” (shaved ice with sweet toppings), gave Pair the idea for Cheevit Cheeva. Pair was then able to identity a niche in the café, dessert market in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Cheevit Cheeva's Signature Dishes: Salty Egg Yolk Bualoi, Mango Sticky Rice, Strawberry Cheese Cake, etc... Furthermore, Cheevit Cheeva established itself as a market leader with innovative seasonal and holiday menu offerings that combined local fresh produce. Cheevit Cheeva continually outshines the competition for taste and quality year after year.

Cheevit Cheeva was an instant hit with local and international customers, and remains a must-see site to this day. Pair's creative passion and this universal appeal are what have led to Cheevit Cheeva's growth and success both home and abroad.

  • Origins tracing back to Bingsu street vendors in Korea
